In October of 2023, the Municipality of Kincardine announced the acceptance of an offer to buy all shares of Bruce Telecom Holdings Inc. (“Bruce Telecom”) from Windsor Private Capital.
At the time of the announcement, the transaction was subject to regulatory approval from Innovation Science and Economic Development Canada (ISED) and customary closing conditions.
There will be lane reductions in front of 1182 Queen Street on Thursday, April 4th as construction to install new waterline services is completed. This work is expected to run from approximately 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and travelers should be prepared for possible delays.
