The Municipality of Kincardine is planning for the future of the Bluewater Trailer Park lands, including community engagement to help shape the property as a public space. Planning and community engagement are expected to take place in 2027, subject to consideration of a Landscape Architect through the Mayor’s 2027 Budget.

The Municipality of Kincardine's lagoon aeration system trial began on September 8, 2026. Staff are monitoring dissolved oxygen levels and will begin additional sampling in the coming days to assess treatment performance and the results of the trial.

Beginning September 3, 2026, Albert Road will be closed between Concession Road 2 and Bruce Road 15 for repairs to the Albert Road Bridge.

Wasp removal work is taking place at Victoria Park today. Residents and visitors are asked to avoid the park while a contractor treats two wasp nests ahead of the Gathering of the Bands event.
