Hydrant and distribution system flushing will take place beginning Tuesday, October 15th, 2024, through Friday, November 15th, 2024.

The Impact Assessment Agency of Canada and the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission attended the Municipality of Kincardine’s October 9th, 2024, Council meeting to bring an update on the Bruce C assessment process.

There water main break in the Palmateer Drive area is now repaired and crews are currently flushing the system. Water should now be restored to those affected by the early break.

Concession Road 5 will be closed between Sideroad 10 and Sideroad 15, on Wednesday, October 9th and Thursday, October 10th.

On Saturday, October 5, 2024 there will be road closures for the Tiverton Fall Fair Parade from 10:45 a.m. until 11:45 a.m. 

The 2024 Afro Caribbean Youth Awards will take place at the Davidson Centre in Kincardine on October 26th, 2024 with special guest speaker Phillip Saunders.

The Municipality of Kincardine has initiated a Municipal Class Environmental Assessment (MCEA) process to investigate increasing the supply capacity of the drinking water system within the community of Tiverton.

A portion of King Street will be closed between Concession Road 2 and Lois Street, on October 2nd.
