The Municipality of Kincardine passed By-law No. 2025-034 under Section 2 of the Development Charges Act, 1997, with respect to area-specific development charges rates for the Highway 9/21 Business Park Lands.

The Dog Park and parts of the Yellow Trail will be closed from Tuesday, April 8th at 7:00 a.m. until Friday, April 11th at 5:00 p.m. for the removal of ash trees.
