Multicultural Celebration 2025

“For 20 years, this celebration has been a beacon of unity — bringing people together through the richness of their cultures. It’s more than an event; it’s a living example of how respect, understanding, and shared joy can strengthen our community. I warmly invite all cultural groups to join us — whether through food, music, art, or storytelling — to help spread the message of inclusivity and togetherness far and wide.”

Celebrating 20 Years of Cultural Harmony: Kincardine Multicultural Celebration 2025
This year marks an incredible milestone as the Kincardine Multicultural Celebration proudly celebrates 20 years of embracing diversity and facilitating community connection.
Dr. Chandra Tripathi founded this event with a vision to foster acceptance of all cultures. In 2005, the first celebration was held at Huron Heights Public school in Kincardine and gave approximately 200 attendees the opportunity to experience a variety of cultures.
This year the tradition continues!
Event Details

- Where: The Davidson Centre
- Time: 5:30 to 8:00 p.m.
Come on out and learn about other cultures by sampling ethnic delicacies and discovering new traditions. This event offers a unique forum to dialogue and promote understanding within the community. It encourages us to remember the importance of inclusiveness and diversity.
Learning the history and developing an understanding of different cultures and religions in our community helps us become aware, rethink any assumptions we have and better understand the similarities in traditions.
The Kincardine Multicultural Celebration has been organized by the Kincardine Multicultural Celebration Committee (KMCC) with support from Bruce Power, Swajan Samanvay Santan Centre, the Municipality of Kincardine, and the Kincardine District Senior School.
